Is the competition in English?
Yes. English competitions are conducted in English. Our 中文, BM and தமிழ் pages help parents read the details easily.
Which competition suits my child?
Use the calendar filter for age and subject. Not sure? WhatsApp us your child’s age and school year and we will suggest one.
Can my child take the test at home?
Most first rounds can be taken online at home with a laptop or tablet, webcam and stable internet. Many schools also host paper-based tests. Each competition page lists the modes.
How do I register?
Register and pay on the Caya portal (caya-web-portal.english.edu.my). Teachers can register a whole class through our schools team.
Where do I find results and certificates?
Go to our Results page. Each competition has a results page where you can check names and download certificates.
Is it approved by the Ministry of Education?
Several of our competitions, including HIPPO and ESBee, have Ministry of Education (KPM) approval letters for schools. Ask us for the latest letter for your competition.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only considered if the student is medically unfit to take part and no replacement session is available, with a valid medical certificate. MYAA fees are non-refundable but seats can be transferred.
